As part of this process, we will get to know who your target audience is, what you want them to think about you and the current challenges you're facing.

After we have developed the strategy, we will continue to work together and generate new ideas that will help you achieve the objectives set out through content that educates, entertains, engages, inspires and persuades your audience.


When we first start working together, we will audit the relevant social media channels that you are using and the content you are creating.


The audit will cover everything from the small details through to the bigger picture.  Each issue we identify will include a reason why we've flagged it, suggested improvements, be prioritised and assigned to someone to look after.


As we continue to work together, the audit will be reviewed and updated.


Each month we will pull together an overview report which will detail top-level metrics such as followers, number of posts and engagement rate. However, the metrics we decide to measure can be changed to match your KPIs.

This top-level report will be accompanied by a deeper dive into the best and worst-performing content to see what we can learn and adapt moving forward.

Meetings & on-going support

We aim to meet with our strategy clients at least once a month following the initial strategy development. This allows us to review progress, highlight any opportunities and find solutions for any issues that may have arisen.


On top of this, we offer additional technical and content support via email.
