What can you expect from working with us?

You may have seen, elsewhere on our website, that we have 5 core values – Look, Strive, Communicate, Share and Shout.

All of these feed into the way we approach business and are what we believe separates us from other marketing agencies.

 

In this section, though, we’re going to focus on three key values – Look, Strive and Communicate.

Look

We push ourselves, and those we work with, to look beyond the obvious.

 

If you approach us to work on your marketing, our first priority is to understand your business, what you’re already doing from a marketing point of view and what your goals are.

 

More often than not, there is an abundance of content that hasn’t been tapped into because it might not seem sexy, creative or engaging. And that’s where we work our magic.

 

Once we’ve tackled the low-hanging fruit, we’ll then start to scale things up. Utilising trends, your data and case studies from other industries, we’ll create a plan of attack which will take your marketing to the next level.

 

We will always be looking for ideas that set you apart from the competition.

Strive

We're ambitious with our targets, our work and what we can achieve.

 

And that applies to our clients too.

 

We will support and guide you to take your marketing to the next level.

 

Don’t worry, we’re not going to do anything ludicrous that will put your business at risk. However, we will challenge you to try things you haven’t done before.

 

We also want to implement ideas that will create long-term, sustainable, growth for your brand. Not one-off flash in the pan moments that are forgotten before they’re finished.

Communicate

Communicating openly is vital to us. Whether that's internally or with partners and clients.

 

We passionately believe that communication is key to the long-term relationships we have with many of our clients.

 

Miscommunication is usually a root cause of bad relationships and is often why clients, who have been burned before, have a bad perception of marketing agencies.

 

That’s why all of our packages include the opportunity for regular catch-ups and we will always provide open and honest feedback between meetings too.

 

If we think the package you want to sign up for isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you. Even if it costs us money.

 

If what we’re doing isn’t working, we’ll tell you. And help you understand why.

 

If we have a great idea for your brand that wouldn’t involve our services, we’ll tell you. We just want our clients to thrive.

 

All we ask for is open and honest communication from you too.

The process

So, if you were to submit an enquiry today, what would the process look like?

1 / Free consultation

To kick things off, we’ll get to know your brand, the challenges you face and what you’re currently doing.

 

During this initial meeting, we’ll answer your questions, give you pointers, and even run some initial ideas by you.

2 / Plan of action

If you like the sound of what we do, we’ll go away and pull together a proposal.

 

We can then iron out any creases, answer any more questions you have and, eventually, sign on the dotted line.

3 / Get to work

Once we have that signature, our first job will be to ensure we have everything we need to do our job.

 

Then it’s about getting to work, creating content and building your brand on social media.

4 / Evaluate

We’ll continuously track the performance of our work.

 

Using this data and your feedback, we’ll make tweaks as appropriate and ensure your brand goes from strength to strength.
